Free and Monthly plans do not include commercial usage rights. Commercial usage rights apply only to tracks generated during an active Starter Annual or Plus Annual subscription (Terms of Service and License Agreement). Eligible tracks keep that license after cancellation unless revoked for breach. Each qualifying track may include one downloadable Commercial License Certificate as a rights-confirmation record only—it does not add rights beyond those documents or guarantee originality or non-infringement.
